Was ordered TDY to assist and evaluate the Albanian Armed Forces Officer Candidate program. I attending all facets of training and wrote a detailed evaluation for the Albanian TRADOC Commander. This program was enhanced to train future Officer Candidates and TAC officers to attend OCS in the United States.

Was ordered TDY to assist and evaluate the Albanian Army . I was sent as an evaluator for the Albanian NCO Academy instructors.

Was ordered TDY as a Quality Control NCO for a Regional Training Institude. Was TDY helping the Albanina Army develop their NCO development course. Did an overall accessment fo conduct of training.
