Possess over 30 years of experience, in the Army, Electromagnetic Spectrum Management, IT and Electronic Warfare. I have held positions as a telecommunications specialist, capability developer, project manager, and doctrine writer for the Signal Center of Excellence and more. I have a vast amount of experience in training, both as a manager and enable of intense training programs.
