Possess over 30 years of experience, in the Army, Electromagnetic Spectrum Management, IT and Electronic Warfare. I have held positions as a telecommunications specialist, capability developer, project manager, and doctrine writer for the Signal Center of Excellence and more. I have a vast amount of experience in training, both as a manager and enable of intense training programs.

Coordinated with Forces Command, Central Command, and European Command, Southern European Task Force, and Army Central Command.Selected to present briefings on wartime communications Lessons Learned at the Army Spectrum Managers Conference after OIF (1) provided first-hand knowledge/experience on new systems dealing with frequencies for the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, Improvised Explosive Devices (IED), and Wireless systems used during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
