Been in the U.S. Army 17 years 8 months, my short term goal is to make Master Sergeant and be a First Sergeant in either a Basic Combat Training Company or an HHC BN/BDE. My midterm goal is continue to pursue and attain my Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, and my long term goal is to make the rank of Sergeant Major and hopefully get to be a BN CSM of whatever kind of unit or School is available
