Bio
COL (R) Larry enlisted in the USAF in 1971 serving until 1975. He joined the AZ ARNG in 1977 as SP 4, in 1979 he was appointed a WO1 and in 1981 received a direct commission as a 2LT in the MP Corps. In 1983 returned to active duty and graduated from the EOD School and served in a variety of assignments. He served as police officer with the Tucson Police Dept. and AZ Hwy Patrol from 1975 to 1982.
