Reserve Pay Officer
As the Reserve Pay Officer and Soldier Support Center (SSC) Manager for the 88th Regional Readiness Command, provided oversight and direction to three teams that comprised the SSC to provide pay and personnel administrative support to 225 units that consisted of over 22,000 Soldiers. Directed and provided oversight for the Soldier Readiness Process (SRP) for more than 26,000 Soldiers over a two year period which attributed to the command being awarded the Army Superior Award. Managed and directed the gathering, analysis and dissemination monthly statistics on the command's drill attendance (IDT), potential non-participants (PNPs), and non-participants (NPs) utilizing the Participation Management and Reporting Subsystem (PMARS).
