Acting First Sergeant of a medical company for 2 years. Transferred to another medical company and assigned as First Sergeant. Unit activated for Desert Storm, promoted to MSG and Lateral appointed to 1SG. Served as 1SG for 4 years in that unit. During ANCOC, received the awards of Leadership Graduate, Honor Graduate, and Distinguished Graduate. Up to that time, no one has achieved that.
