I grew up in Spring, Tx. I went to Orlando for basic training in Co. K052 and Meridian, Ms. for DK "A" School. My maiden name is Odom, and last name upon exit was Blackned. After DK school I was stationed at NavSta Guam. Then transferred to the now decommissioned USS Acadia AD-42. I was honorably discharged in 1991. I am happily re-married and have 1 son. Sadly, when I got out nobody would hire me in the accounting field.
