Wardmaster
Wardmaster of a 24 bed Medical/Surgical ward on the US Army's at most prestigious duty station where officers are trained. Responsible for managing 10 Soldiers and 15 civilians to include schedules and evaluations. Maintained communication between governing boards, medical staff, and department heads by attending board meetings and coordinating interdepartmental functioning. Reviewed and analyzed facility activities and data to aid planning and cash and risk management and to improve service utilization. Planned, implemented and administered programs and services in a health care or medical facility, including personnel administration, training, and coordination of medical, nursing and physical plant staff. Directed and/or conducted recruitment, hiring and training of personnel.

Assistant Chief Wardmaster
Responsible for medical training of all Soldiers in a 250 bed Combat Support Hospital. Responsible for the setup of the Combat Support Hospital under the supervision of the Commander, Chief Nurse and Chief Wardmaster. Rear-Detachment 1st Sgt during one of the unit's deployments. Deployed to Romania as Clinic NCO for 6 months. Served as an evaluator in Vilseck for training troops to deploy. Primary Instructor for Combat Medic Courses open to all units in the Theater.

Operation Provide Comfort
As a 63W-Light Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, I repaired vehicles, recovered vehicles, washed vehicles and maintained security and accountability. We transported our vehicles from Turkey to Italy and then rail headed them back to. We prepped other unit vehicles for their destinations and cleaned according to US Custom standards for import.
