Unit Commander. Constructed the Boat Basin on Belton Lake, provided equipment and operators to a sister unit that constructed the golf course at the west end of the cantonment area, provided the engineer site support for the State Funeral of President Lyndon B. Johnson at the Johnson Ranch.
(Raced motorcycles (flat track), at Ross Downs between Dallas and Ft. Worth on most Friday nights. Apologies to the police jurisdictions between Ft. Hood and Ft. Worth. I was driving the orange Plymouth Superbird towing the 250 Bultaco).
