Bio
Lt Col (Ret) Ed Fisher is a Senior Lecturer of Information Sciences at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in Monterey, California. He teaches courses in Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, and Autonomous Systems. In addition, Mr. Fisher is the Deputy Director of the DoD Information Operations Center for Research.

Started as 8FS EWO, planning F-117 missions. Moved to 7FS (F-117 training squadron) as Assistant Operations Officer. Deployed to Operation Allied Force in Aviano AB, Italy and Spangdahlem AB, Germany. Selected for Lt Col (Didn't pin on until next assignment).

ADO
Assistant Operations Officer for newly formed, first ever, Predator UAV squadron. Grew squadron from 8 members to 250+. Plank-owner in Predator UAV program.
