Director
• Led more than 280 military, civilian and contractor personnel providing operational assessment, and personnel development support to senior military commanders and government leaders.
• Managed an annual budget of $29M, controlling costs during significant budget and personnel cuts. Saved 10 percent in expenses while meeting all operational commitments.
• Directed and coordinated a diverse team of operational planners, to include those supporting combat operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Libya. 100 percent of operational objectives met or exceeded.

• Directed day-to-day operations and extensive worldwide travel of more than 70 military and civilian personnel providing support to military commanders around the world.
• Additional responsibilities included directing all facets of professional development for 35 Navy officers and enlisted personnel.
• Implemented an innovative tracking and approval process that saved 20 percent in annual travel costs.

U.S. Africa Command Desk Officer
• As the military exercise control group director, led more than 170 military, civilian, and contractor personnel in the successful validation exercise for certification of the joint military commander and his staff.
• Designed and implemented a completely new exercise training plan for the new U.S. Africa Command, to include six academic and practical exercises, resulting in successful completion of all staff objectives
• Managed an annual budget of $2M, effectively balancing contractor labor with personnel travel costs.

Air Officer
• Directed operations, administration, accounting and management of all aircraft carrier-based aircraft missions, and associated maintenance of aircraft launch, recovery, and lighting systems.
• Ensured the combat readiness, safety and welfare of 18 officers, 20 non-commissioned officers and more than 600 enlisted personnel. No aircraft were lost nor personnel injured during thousands of flights.
