Responsible for all USG security assistance programs with the Royal Thai Navy and Marine Corps. Direct supervisor of three host nation support staff. Unparalleled experience and professionalism directly responsible for improved international cooperation between the U.S. and Thailand. - Expertly Managed a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case load of over 40 cases valued in excess of $500,000,000. - Dramatically improved the Security Assistance program with the Royal Thai Navy (RTN) and Marine Corps. This included promoting greater access, advice and assistance in new procurement strategies and operator / maintenance training for new and existing U.S. origin equipment.

Primarily responsible for the coordination of USG support for the Philippine Defense Reform (PDR) Program, providing advice and assistance to the Department of National Defense and the Armed Forces of the Philippines regarding reform and transformation of all aspects of the military. Direct oversight over the operations of three US contractor teams composed of 35 plus personnel supporting PDR activities. Coordinate U.S. and Philippine Government agencies activities and file appropriate reports during various natural disasters. Actively participated in Operation Enduring Freedom Philippines.

Naval Aviation and Marine Corps Programs Officer
Contributed significantly to the overall relationship with the Royal Thai Navy and was instrumental in advancing the U.S. Commander in Chief, Pacific, regional goals. He played an invaluable role in facilitating the short notice and sensitive deployment of U.S. Forces into Thailand in support of Operations Infinite Justice/Enduring Freedom. His voluntary efforts enabled the successful receipt of 13 KC-135 Tanker aircraft, the billeting of 155 personnel while arranging for upgraded security for the deployed force while in country. His direct involvement helped the Tanker Expeditionary Squadron to complete 81 missions and deliver 3,542,300 pounds of fuel in support of this most critical mission.
