Provide a safe and healthful workplace for all workers while providing quality, customer focused service by treating everyone with Respect, Courtesy, and Compassion.
Evaluate and conduct surveys of work operations to identify agents or conditions that would result in health hazards. Gather data on operational and potential exposure, review the controls (work methods, ventilation, respirators, personal protective measures, screening exams, training and sanitation, etc.) to gather data on employees to measure potential exposures, and complete entries on/for evaluations. Compile field notes for health hazard data; code occupational exposure data for the health hazard inventory. Collect bulk samples, air samples during industrial hygiene surveys and evaluations. Write reports addressing the controlling of work processes in order to mitigate the employee's exposure to work hazards present.
