I decided to live in Biloxi MS after I retired from the Navy in 2003. So I did nothing for a year, other than ride my Harley and hang out with my Navy brothers and sisters. Received my Real Estate license 3 weeks after Katrina hit the Gulf Coast. Excelled in the business because of my tours on Navy Recruiting.
Moved to the Tampa Bay Area and transferred my license. It's warmer here!!
