To be honest, my Command was not what I hoped for! Being than my Captain was more worried about making Admiral than tending to his Command needs and also personel issues. Tried to go TAD and was always denied @ Division Level. Was really wanting something more challenging but lacked the good variety they have nowadays with Special Warfare ! Oh Well, can't win them all!

Bahrain
Got to Command while they were in Baharain with 5th. Fleet, got to finish return trip to Abu Dabi, Jebal Ali, Phuket Thiland, and Hawaii on that return to Alameda Naval Air Station. Got to go on the beginning of next WestPac, but returned from Yokosuka Japan to Treasure Island, California.
