While serving I was an Air Traffic Controller certified in both Tower and Radar. Since then I have been in the IT field working mostly in Help Desk Environments. I specialize in teaching the casual user of the intricacies of the computer. Most use them, but don't know what to do when if malfunctions. I teach them it's not as hard as it looks.
