Analyze Chinese, Russian, Mongolian, and Japanese forces and write assessments of political-military, ground forces, maritime, and air forces information to support the Commander of the Pacific Theater and the Department of Defense (DoD). Brief and present daily findings to senior leadership and the PACOM Commander. Direct production of 60 joint service and DoD civilian analysts in the number one division in JICPAC including the ELINT, MIDB, Political-Military, Ground, Naval, and Air branches. Edit and approve finished intelligence products produced by the branch analysts. Schedule all division personnel for daily tasks according to priority of events, evaluate job performance, and guide individuals toward professional advancement. Serve on OIF and OEF Crisis Action Teams.
