Strategic Planner / Senior Program Manager for the Enterprise Wide Training and Exercise Program (UEWTEP). Developed and implemented a new concept and program that positively impacted U.S. Special Operations Forces and Programs worldwide. The UEWTEP significantly changed the way we train and prepare Special Operations Forces to conduct combat operations. Additionally, the program serves as a means to evaluate plans, policy, doctrine, weapon systems, personnel skill sets, capability, capacity, identify shortfalls and gaps, while expediting corrective actions. Expanded office personnel from 43 to 200+ during a time of downsizing. Expanded budget from $18 million to $70+ million a year during declining budgets.

Responsible for the management, performance and completion of single or multiple high technology programs. Maintains excellent customer relations. Assures that contractual obligations are met within assigned budget and schedule. Primary contact with customer on assigned programs. Assignment will generally be to higher risk, higher value programs with responsibility at the total system level. Working with executives across the division and the company, the Senior Program Director will launch and implement strategic initiatives that improve company profitability. This position typically works under limited supervision and direction. Incumbents of this position will regularly exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority.
