Bio
Recruiting and talent acquisition is my passion. My experience as a recruiter started in 2000 with U.S. Army recruiting. After being in the Army for 22 years with 15 years in recruiting I retired on July 1, 2015. Since leaving the Army I have taken on various recruiting roles. I currently recruit for transitioning military and military veterans for full time positions for various companies.

Battalion Operations Sergeant
As operations manager for the Raleigh Recruiting Battalion I support 230 field recruiters, 17 recruiting centers, and 6 recruiting companies. Supervised 5 employees in the development and implementation of operational plans and procedures. Ensures that all communication and detailed information is properly communicated to everyone. Monitors recruiting goal indicators and statistics. Supervises the quality control standards of procedures are followed and properly used for approximately 2500 recruits per year. Analyzes regulatory guidance and prepares recommendations on all issues related to recruiting operations and recruiting goals achievement.

Center Commander
Directs and leads an Army recruiting station consisting of 6 Active Army and Army Reserve Soldiers. Responsible for recruiting over 100 new hires a year to the United States Army, ensuring each applicant is qualified, closing each sales interview, quality assurance of the new recruits security applications, and the initial training of each hire. Responsible for the professional development of subordinates and accountable for the morale, health, welfare, and discipline of Soldiers; implements and maintains the recruiting station management system; maintains control and accountability of government property valued at over $325,000.
