Looking for employment in the Human Resources/Office Manager field.Served 20 plus years active military service in the U.S. Marine Corps, duty assignments includes 3 assignments in support of Marine Reserve Support organizations, 3 deployments in the European theatre, 2 deployment to Okinawa Japan, and 1 deployment in the Kingdom of Bahrain supporting Operation Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom.

Conducted training to staff to review lessons learned from inspection conducted internally and externally from various agencies to include Federal, interagency employee development, and training officials. Processed the accurate and prompt activation of newly retired pay accounts. Developed procedures for establishing liaison with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Kansas City and Cleveland. Developed guidelines for processing requests and issue orders for members requesting or selected for recall to active duty. Developed records and compiled statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
