Warrior in Transition
Currently volunteering at Evans Hospital on Fort Carson in the warehouse as a material handler. Duties performed daily are to issue, store, and inventory expendable, durable, and consumable medical and non-medical items. Determine needed items from an automated supply station, use a preprinted inventory list, listing items required to be pulled for issue to the wards and clinics. Restock the automated supply station and par-level carts daily by placing items in specific locations. Records the inventory listing using the automated system.

Trained and mentored 3 junior team members, contributed to their professional development in the areas of: vehicle operation/maintenance and security operations. Was highly recommended by manager to train up to 100 military service members, provided classroom instruction including hands-on demonstration, resulting in trainees acquiring the ability to assemble and maintain equipment. Planned and executed 200+ security patrols, provided protection for VIPs while serving as the transportation and security coordinator for 20 personnel.

Developed and implemented new training programs for 800 personnel, to include all senior leadership within the organization, on advanced forensic science techniques. Maintained accountability and maintenance of $5 million worth of three military vehicles, weapons and sensitive equipment with no losses.
