Law career includes 10 years civil practice; 10 years criminal prosecution; and, 12 years as presiding judge in Municipal Court. Served 15 mos. as Justice Advisor to Afghan Attorney General & 15 mos. to Afghan Minister of Defense (2007-10). Served as an IGAD International Peace Monitor and Legal Advisor to CTSAMVM in South Sudan (2018-19).
