Bio
Went to boot camp at Parris Island. Did MCT at camp Geiger. Did my mos training at fort Leonard wood. Arrived to the fleet December 2009 and assigned to 2nd Medical Battalion, motor T. I did a 4 month humanitarian deployment on LHD 7 USS Iwo Jima and a 7 month deployment to Afghanistan with 2nd Maintenance BN, Alpha Surgical company. Extra duties include gate guard duty on camp lejeune and MVIDS.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
I deployed with the alpha surgical company. I spent time on watch monitoring a computer screen for incoming patients. When they arrived on flight I transfered them to the searching area and conducted searches on patients. Then I stood watch inside the operating tent during patient procedures. Extra duties includes bagging the deceased.

Spent some time in Haiti. Seen different places during liberty periods. Spent a month doing mess hall duties as well.
