Directly supports a team of multi-disciplined team of military, government civilians, and contracted consultant planners. Develops tracking procedures to monitor progress. Developed and mentored leaders in the Processed 121 awards and 29 promotions, the highest total in the unit. Led four community service projects in the local Korean community resulting in a composite 4135 man hours of volunteer time. Ensured 3 junior leaders were school trained for the next level of performance. Established a high standard for soldier discipline through the measuring tools of inspection and training results, physical fitness, medical fitness, and maintenance readiness.
