Responsible for all aspects (planning, programming, budgeting, defense, execution, reporting, and auditing) of the federal financial requirements for the Coast Guard's entire $11B annual budget with the Commandant of the Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Management and Budget (OMB), and Congress.
