As an Engineer Officer, I enjoy solving the big problems and devising innovative solutions. What I've learned so far in my career ultimately boils down to the following:
- No one cares where you come from, just that you can get results.
- Winning is more important than credit.
- No problem with an organization should be above anyone's pay grade
- Use bullets, then cannonballs
My passion is formulating new organizational methods that actually work and motivating Soldiers to achieve their true potential. As an Engineer I also enjoy sinking my teeth into a new problem.
