I've deployed 3 times, I have 15 years of experience as a 92Y, I am married with 4 kids and a granddaughter, I want to achieve the rank of CW3 when I retire. I am strong oriented and hard worker. I will work with the best of them and out work anybody when it comes to my job. I am currently trying to get promoted, but it is hard with this point system and how I concentrate on work more.
