HQ Battery, 1/11, 11th Marines, 1st MARDIV | Camp Pendleton, CA

Headquarters Battery, 1st Battalion 11th Marines; Responsible for the welfare, good order and discipline of 180 Marines in 6 sections across the battalion. Planned and executed training objectives and field exercises to retrain traditional artillery skills after a deployment as a provisional infantry battalion. Prepared and led HQ Battery through a two week Regimental Fire Exercise at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, 29 Palms. Awarded Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal for performance while assigned to 1st Battalion 11th Marines.
