Bio
Attorney pursuing trials and appeals. Focus on National Security Law and Cyber Security Law, utilizing my military, legal, and computer science background. Work on civil and criminal matters and recently petitioned the New Jersey Supreme Court regarding a relocation case, after second appeal, re: military father whose children were relocated NJ to CA by mother while he was deployed to Iraq.

Brigade Safety Officer
Brigade Safety Officer responsible for all aspects of safety within the Brigade, and its Battalions, as well as within the training units and sites. Learned, designed and implemented Brigade Safety Plan and represented the Brigade Commander before Division East and 1st Army.

Evalution Team Chief
Evaluation Team Chief in support of 1st Army training and preparation of Soldiers, Sailors, and Marines for deployment to Iraqi Theater of Operations (ITO), Afghan Theater of Operations (ATO), and Horn of Africa. Participated and planned training and exercises to train and certify individual and collective skills necessary for deployment to respective Theaters of Operations.

Staff/Maneuver Officer
Staff/Maneuver Officer for 11-man Transition Team with mission to Assist, Advise, and Mentor Division staff of Department of Border Enforcement, Iraqi Security Forces. My counterpart was an Armor Brigadier General (now assigned to DBE division staff as G3). We corroborated, planned, and executed training and operations with the 5th Department Area of Responsibility (AOR). Deployed March, 2006, through, March, 2007, then attached to Warrior Transition Unit for surgery and physical rehabilitation. During this time I also attended George Washington University Law School

Executive Officer
Executive Officer for 42nd ID Rear Detachment. Chief of Staff for staff working in conjunction with deployed staff in Iraqi Theater of Operations (ITO) to support and provide both personnel and materiel as needed. Represented 42nd ID both within Fort Drum as well as 1st Army. Prepared and deployed replacements, including half of Rear Detachment staff for deployment to ITO. Mandated Rear Detachment staff attend daily briefing of 42nd ID CG and Staff in ITO (electronically). DA detailed as Senior Casualty Assistance Officer (CAO) for widow of 1LT Louis Allen.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Staff/Maneuver officer for 5th Region Border Transition Team (BTT). We were a Division level team and my counterpart, with whom I worked together the whole year, was the G3. He was a former Iraqi Army Armor Officer, and now a Brigadier General in the Department of Border Enforcement (DBE). Training/Planning.
