Attorney pursuing trials and appeals. Focus on National Security Law and Cyber Security Law, utilizing my military, legal, and computer science background. Work on civil and criminal matters and recently petitioned the New Jersey Supreme Court regarding a relocation case, after second appeal, re: military father whose children were relocated NJ to CA by mother while he was deployed to Iraq.

Chief of Staff for staff working in conjunction with deployed staff in Iraqi Theater of Operations (ITO) to support and provide both personnel and materiel as needed. Represented 42nd ID both within Fort Drum as well as 1st Army. Prepared and deployed replacements, including half of Rear Detachment staff for deployment to ITO. Mandated Rear Detachment staff attend daily briefing of 42nd ID CG and Staff in ITO (electronically). DA detailed as Senior Casualty Assistance Officer (CAO) for widow of 1LT Louis Allen.
