Conducted phone and face-to-face interviews to ascertain if he or she meets the qualification criteria for enlistment. Scheduled applicants for processing through the Military Entrance Processing Station in Memphis, TN. Conducted office and home interviews with prospective applicants. My zone covered 32K square miles, with 32 High Schools, three four year universities, four junior colleges, and four vocational technical schools. Conducted monthly Delayed Entry Program (DEP) meetings with everyone in my DEP pool. Proctored ASVAB testing at schools, and conducted Center of Influence events quarterly.
