Food Operations Manager
FSO, led 60 military CS's, and 60 contracted FSA's to feed 4,000 SUBSCOL Students daily. Re-wrote SOW, making modifications that saved over $600K per year, less than 6 months after my arrival. Remodeled Subase galley with a portion of the money that was saved. Worked with NAVSUP on a pilot feeding program, 1NSN prepared foods. Implemented CAC Turnstiles for setup and automated use. Brought the Galley up from zero stars to 4 Star rating, from SMI results. Volunteered to be the FSO at Newport, RI for 2-3 months, waiting for the new FSO to arrive.
