Bio
I'm a partner at Seyfarth Shaw, one of the world's premiere law firms. My practice concentrates on appellate advocacy and all facets of labor and employment litigation. Throughout my career, I've had the good fortune of working all over the country, gaining permanent admission to numerous courts. I've also led the briefing on scores of appellate briefs and motions in New England.

Judge Advocate
I served as Deputy Staff Judge Advocate at Laughlin Air Force Base, Texas. I spent about half my time working on military-justice matters such as courts-martial and administrative discharge boards. I spent most of my remaining time working on labor and employment matters, along with a few defense contracts and environmental matters. After four years, I left active duty as a Captain.
