Military Experiences

TRADOC
IRR
With the Clinton-era cutbacks post Desert Storm, 2LTs were a dime a dozen in Upstate NY. After attempts to find an opening at the 1/108th Infantry, Co. B 1-11 SFG, a Civil Affairs unit in Liverpool (all full, first two soon to be disbanded) and then branch re-assignment to armor to join an Armor unit in Cortland, NY (denied), I went on IRR for 8 years. My military career consisted of active duty for training for IOBC and then two APFTs as an IRR reservist. I had gone to Airborne School as a cadet.
