Managed 5 departments of over 400 personnel in all matters pertaining to the welfare, health, job satisfaction, morale, utilization, and training in order to provide 100% of services provided to tenants. Executed flawlessly a budget of $31 million with $9 million in labor and $22 million in non-labor.

During Hurricane Katrina was instrumental in the relocation of the squadron to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, TX, where the squadron started flying mission days after evacuation.

Coordinated a team to develop and implement new chapter to the Chief of Naval Operations instruction for commercial derivative aircraft.
