Command Master Chief
Directly responsible for working with 32 tenants with over 7000 personnel on base, addressing all issues including but not limited to facility, security, housing and personnel with over 90% resolved.
Managed 5 departments of over 400 personnel in all matters pertaining to the welfare, health, job satisfaction, morale, utilization, and training in order to provide 100% of services provided to tenants.
Executed flawlessly a budget of $31 million with $9 million in labor and $22 million in non-labor.

Command Master Chief
Inspirational leadership, dedication and professional guidance enabled the command to excel in its primary mission of providing world class support to 700 personnel in 35 Gulf Coast units. Oversaw the successful deployment of 140 sailors to support overseas contingency operations.
Managed 4 departments of over 80 personnel in all matters pertaining to the welfare, health, job satisfaction, morale, utilization, and training in order to provide 100% of service to all units.
Ensured personnel coming in on weekends had facilities to train in and berthing.

Command Master Chief
Exceptional and inspiring leadership was the driving force in providing unprecedented aircraft readiness 10% over Navy goal, in support of the squadron’s worldwide mission. Managed a 160 person maintenance department producing only minor discrepancies in a Quality Assist Inspection.
During Hurricane Katrina was instrumental in the relocation of the squadron to Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth, TX, where the squadron started flying mission days after evacuation.

Aviation Maintenance Master Chief
Directly responsible for the management of the maintenance departments of 4 Naval Air Reserve Wings, 1 Marine Air Wing, 34 Navy Squadrons and 16 Marine Force Reserve Squadron. Superbly managed the Aircraft Intermediate Maintenance Department Non-Flight budget valued at over 1.3 million dollars ensuring all travel was funded and facility requirements were fully supported. Coordinated a team to develop and implement new chapter to the Chief of Naval Operations instruction for commercial derivative aircraft.
