Dr. Noor Z. Razzaq is a university professor with varied experience across the law enforcement spectrum. He has served as Spec. Deputy U.S. Marshal, SWAT team operator, SWAT coordinator, entry-team instructor, training supervisor, patrolman, investigator, and military police supervisor. He has worked in multiple full-time sworn positions in different regions across the country to include the U.S. DoJ, Chesapeake Police Dept, and USAF Sec. Forces.
