Bio
Mr. Simpson currently serves as the Executive Officer to EAD, Battle Lab with mission to help integrate the combat development efforts, DOTMLPF evaluations, operational architectures; developing Army Intelligence requirements for the Warfighter, and material requirements. His skills assist in helping the Integration Division, Capabilities Division, Future Force Division, and Force Design. As XO, Mr. Simpson helps manage resources in direct support of mission and advancement of initiatives that directly impacts the intelligence community with responsibility for intelligence requirements in the Army’s Campaign of Learning. He is a retired U.S. Army Soldier with over 20 years in signals intelligence, human resources, financial planning, and information management.
