MCPO Mike Devine

Master Chief Petty Officer Michael P. Devine was born in New Haven, Connecticut. He graduated from Hamden High School in 1969 , The Culinary Institute of America in 1971 and enlisted in the U.S. Navy in August of 1971.

Devine received recruit training at Great Lakes, Illinois. His first duty station was at Naval Air Station Lemoore, California with Attack Squadron 27 (VA-27) and Attack Squadron
