Leader and aviation professional with 28+ years of military service in both the US Army and Air Force. Recently transitioned to the civilian HEMS community as a Bell Helicopter BH-407 line pilot and Site Safety Officer in Akron, Colorado for North Colorado Med Evac. Broad pilot experience, safely and efficiently performing helicopter flying operations in multiple disciplines.

Squadron Commander/TH-1H Instructor Pilot
Commander of Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training-Helicopter (SUPT-H) and Career Enlisted Aviator Rotary-wing Fundamentals (CEARF). Responsible for managing a ~234 personnel squadron in all aspects of Air Force undergraduate helicopter flying training to include academics, simulator and flight training for ~63 pilot and ~88 flight engineer students annually. In addition to flying training, manages contract maintenance operations for a 28 TH-1H helicopter fleet and 9,000+ flying hour program.

Operations Officer of Air Force Specialized Undergraduate Pilot Training-Helicopter (SUPT-H). Responsible for daily flight operations, simulator and academics training for ~63 pilot and ~88 flight engineer students annually. Managed an average of 15-20 flying sorties, ~6 simulator sorties and ~12 academic lessons daily. Also responsible for the management of the 9,000+ flying hour program, ensuring flying hours were properly distributed and utilized for training operations for the year with no gaps in training due to lack of flying hours.
