i am currently serving as the NCOIC of the MALS-16 AIRSpeed Shop. My job is to utilize the methodologies and toolsets containeed the Lean/Six Sigma/and Theory of Constraints overarching methodologies. In laymen's terms, I use statistics and analysis to graphically represent and influence common sense. The end goal being more efficient processes. My background is as a CDI 6092.
