Command Sergeant Major of a Armored Brigade Combat Team consisting of 4,800 Soldiers with worldwide contingencies; executes established policies, standards pertaining to performance, care, conduct, appearance, personnel management and training of enlisted personnel and the welfare of their Families; provides advice, makes recommendations to the Brigade Commander on matters pertaining to enlisted personnel and their Families; provides guidance and mentors seven Battalion CSMs and 34 1SGs; responsible for the brigade reenlistment and NCO Leader Development Programs.

Command Sergeant Major of the 198th Infantry Brigade that trains over 21,000 Infantry One Station Unit Training (OSUT) Soldiers annually; principal advisor to the Brigade Commander and Battalion Commanders on all enlisted matters; supervises five Battalion Command Sergeants Major, 32 First Sergeants and 385 Drill Sergeants; mentors officers and noncommissioned officers on Army standards; oversees the upkeep of over 19 buildings and three training areas encompassing 1240 acres; assists in the execution of $6.5 million budget.
