Director of the Fort Eustis, VA., United States Army Information Systems Command (0-5 position). Commanded the communications detachment and directed the civilian employees assigned to cover information flow of data and message traffic for the command. Installed the TRICARE Pilot program which coordinated all local communications assets from all service branches to enhance medical readiness and force integration. Engineered the commercial telephonic electronic communications installation switch. Added 10 additional Ds1's to support Material Management Traffic Command relocation, and hospital.

82nd Combat Aviation Brigade Signal Officer (0-4 position). Advises and allocates signal assets available to the combat aviation brigade. Utilizes assets for communications to adjacent, lower, and higher headquarters. Responsible for all Communications Security including codes for communications equipment, and aviation security of hellfire missiles for training and real world deployments. During tour installed the first ever command and control communications center in the Blackhawk helicopter. The asset was capable of all communications usage, and able to deploy to the tactical opns center.

Operation Desert Shield/Storm
Served as the S-3 and S-4 implementing communications packages for deployment to Kuwait. Handled operations request from sister headquarters for communications and electronics needs. Coordinated with the Joint task force to make sure sufficient equipment and personnel were on hand for mission deployments. Provided statistics to higher headquarters.

Honduras
Deployed with JTF-160 to provide air support and communications equipment for Soto Cano Air Base. Air Cavalry conducted reconnaissance missions and areal mapping of the enemy's key traffic routes, and night missions to detail troop movement.
