• Responsible for record keeping and data input of all maintenance on vehicles in our inventory including Humvees and Jeeps.
• In charge of opening all repair orders for the shop. Escalated critical repair orders as needed to senior officers for approval to get parts based on vehicles being deemed combat dead lined.
• Ran monthly metric reports on vehicle repairs for Motor Transport Officer and reported to battalion commander and battalion S-4 MIMMS officer weekly to access combat readiness.
• Asset manager with overall accountability for multi-million dollar fleet of vehicles.
• Audited maintenance and asset records monthly for compliance.
