Installation Commander
Commander/Chief Executive Officer CEO holding the rank of Lt. Colonel, Army of the United States. Training Center Commander with responsibility for all operational aspects of training management in support of national defense initiatives and missions. Senior Executive Level Officer (CEO) for 6,000 acre Department of Defense Collective Training. Managed personnel that are involved in professional, technical, trades, and administrative positions and includes; dual status and non-dual status federal employees, state employees, contractors, full time Active Guard and Reserve AGR and traditional reserve personnel. Served as principal Career Counselor for military personnel. Directed Master Planning, GIS, BIM, major and minor construction, installation operations and maintenance.
S-3 Operation Officer
S-3 Operations Officer/COO holding the rank of Lt. Colonel, 30th Engineer Brigade (Theater Army) Army of the United States. As Brigade S3 served as the principal staff officer to the Brigade Commander in matters pertaining to operations, training, plans and organization. Responsible for coordinating staff officers in preparation of operational estimates, publication and authentication of orders, circulars, directives, policies, SOPs for operations and training. Responsible to prioritize allocation of resources and delegate mission tasking to subordinate units. Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating peacetime training programs, contingency operations support missions, directives and orders for 7 subordinate units consisting of 4,000 soldiers. Directed global military operations.
Deputy Chief of Staff Installation Management
Serve as the Assistant Deputy Chief, Installation Management Agency for Construction Facilities Maintenance Office, JFHQ-NC with a combined state and federal annual appropriation of $112 million. Oversee six (6) directorates: Design and Project Management, Facilities and Energy Management, Contract Management, Environmental and Natural Resources, Planning and Programming and Resource Management. Dual status Federal Technician: Senior resource and sub-program manager responsible for statewide installation management. Direct and manage military staff, federal and state civil servants and contract labor. Serve as senior advisor to the Assistant Chiefs of Staff, Joint Forces Headquarters-North Carolina. Expert Senior Project Manager for engineering and facilities management.
OIC/Area Damage Control Officer
Senior Engineer Officer in charge of design and construction management for Multi National Corps-Iraq. Shape reconstruction operations for northern Iraq. Direct and manage estimated $150M major and minor design and construction program for civil military projects. Establish host nation and military contracts for infrastructure construction, repair and maintenance for northern Iraq. Foster bilateral relationships to enhance cooperation between Ministries of Defense, Regional Provincial Cooperation’s for Construction, State Commission for Roads and Bridges, NGOs and Coalition Forces. Develop rapid response procedures for bridge and road damage assessments. Develop and coordinate rapid damage repair plans for Iraqi infrastructure. Designed/constructed FOBs for 3rd ACR, 2-25th SBDE, MND-N.

Designed and constructed 5 operating bases along the Syrian border under armed conflict.
First Senior Engineer Officer to deploy forward and conduct advanced tactical reconnaissance and survey missions with first echelon maneuver units. Expanded detainee facilities by 500 beds at Abu Graib Prison. Executed $150 million in design/construction.
