Services Manpower Personnel & Training Superintendent
Developed manpower standards for all Services activities, in coordination with AF Manpower personnel, that determined base level personnel requirements. Developed specialty training standards in conjunction with the AF Food Service Technical Training Center. Developed organizational changes to Services Units worldwide to improve their wartime mission and planning. Guest speaker at the Air Force Institute of Technology Services Officer courses on related subjects. Planned and executed annual worldwide Services Officer conferences.

Responsible for executive oversight of all USAF installations' food service operations in the European theater. Member of command battle staff, planned Food service, lodging, and laundry operations for Theater, NATO and JCS exercises, and arranged support logistics. Conducted site visits to NATO partners and coordinated MOA/MOUs. Developed and coordinated Services wartime plans.
