I am a highly motivated and driven young NCO. I love watching my soldiers grow and develop their own leadership abilities. I thrive off of teaching and mentoring young soldiers of all MOS' and all ranks. I would love to get to go be a Drill SGT but unfortunately I can't. I have always had a passion for the military being as I am a military brat; it is only right that it carry over into my career.
