I started out as a combat engineer in the Marines and was in the invasion of Iraq on a Mk-19 and went back in 2004 and served on the Syrian border with 3/7. In 2005, I went to Okinawa Japan, was sent to 1/3 and went to Afghanistan with them as a squad leader in the Kunar. I left the Marines and was a Sea-Bee in the Navy Reserve for a year. Then I went to the Marine reserve as an Eng. Ops. Sgt.
