Deputy Director for Maintenance Management Operations
Deputy Director of Maintenance Manage Operations for an organization with approximately 24,000 personnel and 16,500 pieces of equipment valued at over $20 billion. Led the organization and its four subordinate agencies to meet all Departments of the Army maintenance standards through the conduct of Maintenance Inspections Programs, Staff Assistance Visits, and Maintenance Terrain Walks. Established a Division-level dispatching policy improving equipment readiness and promoting safe equipment usage during daily operations. Deployed to Afghanistan as the Deputy Director for Supply and Services Operations and managed the Supply Chain Distribution for all military commodities to support units.
