Commander
Led 87 military, civilian and contract personnel to ingest, quality control, store, simulate and exploit global environmental information in support of military planning, and combat and intelligence operations. Oversaw a $4.6M annual budget and maintained a $20M computer complex, including a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF). Managed an Office for the Modeling and Simulation Executive Agent and the Air Force Weather Technical Library, which contains over 250,000 documents.

Led 11 officer and civilian atmospheric scientists (MS/PhD) that provide support and services to mitigate environmental risks to acquisition programs under the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) and Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
