Plans/Operations Officer (G6)
Managed the day-to-day operations of a 73 person section in a major corporate headquarters. Responsible for planning the operations of signal assets through the use of project management methodologies to effectively drive, manage and implement IT infrastructure, hardware, security projects to completion. Clarified and applied triple constraint priorities to project oversight and control.
• Coordinated the efforts of 10 teams in managing 40 deployable network assemblages to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities with associated resources across organizational boundaries. Supporting strategic and operational objectives, resulting in a cost savings of $600K to the annual budget.
• Successfully planned, coordinated, and executed a consolidated 30-day Network Training pgm.

Company Commander
Commander of a 50-person IT Division, responsible for operation, supervision, welfare, and providing all network connectivity to include: data, voice, and video for a Corporate Headquarters of over 2200 personnel.
• Chosen by competitive selection to establish the first Operations Coordination Center in Southern Afghanistan. Utilized PMI methodologies to plan, execute, and coordinate the life-support, and security of the facility with multiple agencies in the area.
• Identified and coordinated the reintegration of under-utilized communication resources into the Army Supply System. Resulting in $500,000 of equipment re-utilization by the Army Supply System.
• Responsible for the accountability of over $10M in equipment and a unit operational and training budget of over $250,000.
