Responsible for planning the operations of signal assets through the use of project management methodologies to effectively drive, manage and implement IT infrastructure, hardware, security projects to completion. Clarified and applied triple constraint priorities to project oversight and control. • Coordinated the efforts of 10 teams in managing 40 deployable network assemblages to resolve project conflicts and competing priorities with associated resources across organizational boundaries. Supporting strategic and operational objectives, resulting in a cost savings of $600K to the annual budget. • Successfully planned, coordinated, and executed a consolidated 30-day Network Training pgm.
