I'm from Redondo Beach, CA. I joined up right after high school, did a year in Korea (1964) and re-uped for Germany (1965-1968.) I got a psych nursing license through community college after I got out (was chemical specialist while in,) and worked in hospitals full or part time while I obtained my PhD (Sociology). My last few hospital jobs were managerial. I taught college for 16 years.
